Free Guide: 6 Magic Hours

I want to share with you a really powerful yet simple tool developed by The Gottman Institute that I love and use all the time. It's a super easy guide to help you and your partner connect throughout the week more intentionally. The best part is it only takes a grand total of six hours per week!

I believe every partner should have a solid routine to follow when it comes to connecting in your relationship. I've seen too many couples push autopilot and hope things will stay good for the long-term. But over time, those "autopilot relationships" tend to break down if there hasn't been intentional connection throughout the course of the relationship. I see this happen most often when babies are introduced into the family system and the focus gets shifted to caring for this tiny human's needs over the partner's needs.

Obviously, a baby has a lot of needs that can't be ignored, but ignoring your partner's needs can lead to disconnection and even resentment.

That's why I love this easy guide! It helps you focus on your partner's needs in small ways throughout the week.

There are quite a few other ways to connect outside of this guide, but it is definitely a good place to start building into your regular routine.

By the way, if you're interested in other ways to connect with your partner, you can always check out my online course here or get The Partnerhood Relationship-Care Planner here.

With gratitude,
